Product introductionLB-622-400APD15F is a detector with a fiber pigtail input optical signal, which directly couples the optical signal into the internal integrated 1550nm band light receiving avalanche photodiode (Avalanche Photon Diode, APD) chip and transimpedance amplifier (TIA) chip. This product has a multi-mode fiber with FC interface, which couples the optical signal to the APD detector to avoid large damage to the optical signal and is easy to operate; high responsivity and low dark current.
